Return & Replacements
Products are sold under a No Refund Policy.
Returns are allowed only in the following cases:
* Product mismatch
* Damaged product
* Wrong product delivery
Replacement is applicable only before the assembly service. Once the product is assembled, replacement requests will not be accepted.
During the return process, the product will be picked up from the same location where it was originally delivered.
After the returned product reaches our facility, the replacement product will be dispatched within 2–3 days.
If a refund is requested instead of a replacement, a 25% re-stocking fee will be deducted from the total order value.
Customers are expected to film the unboxing process, which may be requested in case a replacement request is raised.
