Refund & Cancellation
This policy is governed by the provisions of the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and applies exclusively to purchases made through our website.
Advance Payment Terms
A 50% non-refundable advance payment is mandatory for order processing.
The advance amount covers materials, handling, and production setup and cannot be refunded once processing begins.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled only before the payment of advance.
Cancellations after advance payments are not eligible due to procurement and production commitments.
Returns and Replacements
We do not accept returns for bulk orders. However, in compliance with Indian consumer protection law, we offer replacements only for:
Ø Manufacturing defects
To be eligible:
Raise a complaint within 3 business days of delivery
Provide clear photographs and invoice details
Refund for Approved Cases
In cases where replacement is not possible, a partial or full refund (subject to inspection) will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.
Final Payment
The balance 50% payment is due prior to or at the time of delivery.
Non-payment may lead to delayed dispatch or cancellation of the order.
